Growing up in a hostel owned and mostly staffed by his parents, Christopher got used to an unsteady life reasonably quickly. They did not move much, not at all. But the faces he saw changed a lot and often, early connections and playmates often being separated for months, years, forever. It was, in a way, a life that was not lonely, but a bit lacking when it came to connections. [break][break]

And while at first, after his study brought him into the wondrous world of IT, he worked in that same hostel supporting his family, he eventually did crave to get out into the region as well. There was a year or two aimless journeying until he eventually found a home with the league proper, where he could still work with tech, travel, but also form proper bonds with structure. He still remained searching for something, but at least he had found one thing approximating what he was looking for. And given the repeated ongoing crises, he felt like that was good enough for the time being.
